Entrepreneur in Residence (E.I.R)
An E.I.R is expected to provide guidance to business students who are intending to go through the same path as those who are helping them. The type of nurturing an E.I.R can provide to a business school environment helps students, professors or whoever wishes to start a business within the institution environment. The E.I.R helps them develop ideas, organize them and follow the right path towards making these ideas reality.
COMMUNITY INNOVATION SPACE
Urban Co-Lab will also for use of space by community partners and organizations seeking to connect with our members or host programs and events that support a mutual agenda of entrepreneurship and/or technology.
In partnership with local universities Urban Co-Lab offer legal clinics for entrepreneurs presenting education and expertise opportunities law students and member entrepreneurs.
In partnership with coding camps, Urban Co-Lab offer frees or at cost educational opportunities for members/students/community members to learn to code.
Urban Co-Lab will host theme based Hack-a-thons with members/students to develop demo-ready solutions to business or social problems.
