Lem is an entrepreneur first and a lawyer second. Lem empowers new and experienced entrepreneurs by explaining, advising and "handling" the legal-ish stuff so entrepreneurs can tackle the real business issues--like making money.
Lem earned his undergrad degree in finance at the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Thereafter he wrestled a JD and an MBA from Columbia University in New York city in 2010. He then earned his "stripes" at Proskauer Rose (a big law firm in NYC) as a corporate lawyer from 2010 - 2013. Since then Lem has been consulting with businesses (large and small) and entrepreneurs (new and seasoned). He also finds time to develop his own businesses on the side.
Lem frowns upon the use of the Oxford comma in professional correspondence; his personal communication, however, is littered with this British punctuation.
Lem is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
